Accountabilities


  • Lead and regionally co-own CCPs (Country Commercial Plans) with Sales, RM, and EDML teams, ensuring timely reviews through designated forums. Translate performance insights into actionable recommendations, elevating input quality from Analysts and providing upward reporting to senior management.
  • Support the development of annual commercial objectives, collaborating across Commercial Strategy units. Contribute to defining targets and play a key role in cascading objectives and aligning actions across stakeholder teams.
  • Coordinate new route and frequency launch planning, acting as a key enabler between tactical execution and strategic intent. Work closely with RM, Sales, and EDML to manage Open for Sale (OFS) readiness, proactively resolving operational risks and ensuring commercial preparedness.
  • Monitor and drive revenue optimization initiatives, supporting cross-functional implementation while providing regular performance tracking and highlighting opportunities for course correction or incremental growth.
  • Act as a key orchestrator of commercial publications and communication plans, ensuring readiness and alignment across the division, and supporting senior leaders with structured content for ad-hoc and strategic launches.
  • Refine and implement commercial processes, collaborating with Sales, EDML, and Revenue Management. Align tactical execution with broader strategic goals and continuously improve team workflows to drive impact.
  • Support executive-level deliverables, including the preparation of high-quality presentation material and insights for the division’s senior leadership, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and narrative cohesion.


Education & Experience


  • Bachelors’ degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (post-grad. qualifications an advantage)
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to interpret and leverage data to drive strategic decision-making
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, with a demonstrated ability to create high-impact presentations for executive leadership
  • Problem solving skills combined with leadership attributes that inspire teams to deliver results and navigate complex challenges
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and time management skills, with a proven ability to persuade stakeholders and secure buy-in for strategic initiatives Airline industry experience is an asset Minimum of 5 years experience in a commercial function, with a track record of driving results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
